Our directors Craig and Mike have known each other for around 30 years since they worked together in the same law firm in the 1990s.

Craig has lived in St Andrews for nearly 20 years and has advised both international and UK based purchasers on acquiring real estate in St Andrews. He was latterly managing partner of Thorntons, one of Scotland’s premier commercial law firms, and now holds a portfolio of non-executive roles.

Mike was until 2019 an equity partner in a global law firm, specialising in commercial real estate. He is Chairman of a solicitor/estate agency business in Edinburgh and recently obtained an MSc with Merit in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the internationally renowned Henley Business School. Mike has 30 years’ experience advising both international and UK based investors in UK real estate.
